This Guy

His name is Marlo Anderson, and as the founder of the National Day Calendar he’s the gatekeeper of all weird national holidays. He had the power to create National Lima Bean Appreciation Day and National Lumpy Rug Day. He has the power to change National Fryday to always be on a Friday.
